They demonstrate leadership & work well in teams! Throughout Blue & Gold Welcome, Loper Leaders are participating in activities with first year students, answering their questions, and setting the Loper standard while getting students excited to start the year as new Loper!
Loper Leaders gain experience in event management and leadership, move into their residence halls early, get a free Loper Leader T-Shirt, and spend the weekend with other energetic Lopers. Volunteer hours and meals are also available.
